Aquashield Bathrooms is a bathroom maintenance company based in Greater Springfield. We are a multi award winning company who prides itself on its strong reputation for excellence and quality repairs in the residential market. We are focused on customer service and educating people on their bathrooms and providing solutions to problems rather than sales for products and services. We specialise in leak detection and preventative maintenance, and we are looking for an experienced tradesman to join our team in the role of estimating for bathroom repairs.


To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Proven relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Have achieved a level of industry specific knowledge sufficient to give advice and/or information to clients in relation to those specific areas of the industry.
  • A strong customer focus with excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills & the ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Good computer skills with the ability to use AroFlo an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, excellent phone manner, and the ability to liaise with external Consultants, Suppliers, Contractors & Clientele
  • Be self-driven, enthusiastic and willing to learn about our brands and products.
  • Have the ability to multi-task.

About the role:

  • Develop & maintain a positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform site inspections to gather information, build relationships with clients, oversee project progress, quality of work and resolve problems.
  • Estimate and generate customer quotes.
  • Liaise with administration/operations and/or customers to coordinate project timelines.
  • Liaise with external consultants, suppliers & contractors to ensure all elements of the project are captured.
  • Compile preliminary comparative pricing, preparing accurate base cost and estimating time scales for projects.
  • Interpretation of plans, regulations and codes of practice.
  • Tracking of key client accounts and relationship building with new and existing strategic partners.
  • Complete set tasks and achieve job targets within designated time frames.
  • Order stock and oversee deliveries for projects.
  • Report to senior management.

Bathroom Maintenance Tradesperson

A unique opportunity exists for a motivated, reliable and energetic tradesperson to join this reputable, established residential construction company.  We are looking for someone to join our team who has a great attitude and a willingness to learn. All training will be provided. The purpose of this role is to work within the trades team to prepare, conduct, and finish bathroom repair work.

Duties and Responsibilities  –

  • Conduct repair and sealing work on showers and bathrooms including waterproofing, tiling and other associated tasks
  • Use power tools
  • Lift frames, toolboxes, buckets of water/materials etc
  • Use Chemicals
  • Organise materials for the work area
  • Complete Workplace Health and Safety documents
  • Use job management software programs
  • Report to management and meet KPI’s
  • Be effective with time management and problem solving
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
