Our Process

Our planning process is an important part of our commitment to our care philosophy. We meet with you in your home to discuss the whole process with you, chat about your design ideas and budget and of course get all of the measurements that we require to put together your proposal.

Once we have had a chat about your design ideas, we then accompany you to our tile and fitting showroom meeting to really start on the fun part – picking out all of your fittings and fixtures!! Once all of these details have been decided we will then spend a few days putting together your complete proposal with everything you need to know about your upcoming project.

Once you have approved your bathroom repairs, we will need to organise the paperwork and our team will be in contact with you to discuss the contracts and your home warranty insurance. We will communicate with you each step of the project and there are no silly questions, we are more than happy to answer any that you might have along the way. Communication is key! Our team will keep you updated throughout the entire process with reminders about when our tradies will be arriving to your home and what will be happening each day.
